Orders
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded if the subscriber credentials have been used to access our site. Orders of physical goods (DVDs) cannot be cancelled or refunded once despatched. Refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for further information.

Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payment by cheque and electronic bank transfers (we will not be responsible for third party bank charges).
We accept payment in Australian dollars only.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Postage & Handling
Orders will not be despatched until payment has been completed.
Orders are usually despatched within three working days from receipt of payment. Please allow for Australia Post delivery and this will vary depending on where you are..
