• Subscriptions are valid for one year after the purchase date. You may cancel you subscription at any time. You will retain access to the video(s) and resources you have subscribed to until your licence expires, one year after the purchase date.
• Subscription payments will not be refunded after a subscriber has signed in to our site using their subscriber credentials.
• Orders of physical goods (eg. DVDs) cannot be cancelled or refunded after goods have been despatched (usually within 2 working days of order).
• If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement.
We will arrange for the return of the faulty item (at no charge to you) in order to determine the cause of the fault.
